The Rusty Nickel
The Rusty Nickel is a newer addition to the east end of Mane Street, directly across Curtis Road from Pappy & Harriet's. Here you can find "Art, Rust, Souvenirs & Dust - Free dust with ever purchase!"
The Rusty Nickel acts as the concession stand during Pioneertown Drive-in Theater events and as a souvenir shop and Pioneertown information center the rest of the time.
Generally Open Thursdays - Mondays, from Early-Midday to Sundown or whenever else they happen to be there.
General Mercantile Shop
The General Mercantile Shop on Mane Street is actually an art studio and gift shop. In addition to a variety of art from a handful of local artists, this shop also offers a wide range of crystals and minerals, vintage western clothes and cowboy boots, handmade jewelry as well as authentic Pioneertown merchandise.

Pioneertown General Store
The Pioneertown General Store is located in the old Land Office which is directly across from the Sound Stage on Mane Street.
The General Store offers handmade art & jewelry from the High Desert, awesome vintage & antique treasures along with hand-picked desert provisions!

Jessie Keylon's Art Studio & Shop

The Soap Goats Shop
The Soap Goats Shop is really JoAnne's Simply Soap and Bill & JoAnne's Pipes Canyon Pygoras. Come meet Bill and all of the friendly goats. Be sure to check out JoAnne's shop where you can get freshly handmade soap plus a variety of different items which are all made from hand-spun goat wool.
You can even watch JoAnne spin some goat wool right there on the front porch!

Active to this very day, The Church in Pioneertown is a non denominational Church which offers
weekly Sunday Service at 1o:oo AM. The Church is located across from the Red Dog Saloon on Mane Street. Members of The Church in Pioneertown are active in local and nationwide charity and even go caroling to many High Desert locations each Christmas.

Some Of Southern California's Best Hiking Is Just A Quick Drive From Downtown Pioneertown! The 25,5oo Acre Wildlands Conservancy's Pioneertown Mountains & Pipes Canyon Preserve Visitor Facilities Include Trailhead Parking, a Kiosk, a Shade Ramada and Public Restrooms.
